The course is split into 6 chapters:

We kick off the day by introducing structure and discipline into your communication planning, using the UK Government's “OASIS” framework.
We'll also learn how to set actionable objectives using the “SMART” model and explore how marketing funnels can be used to map the actions of our audience.

We’ll also focus on personal branding, offering insights on how to craft a professional image to advance your career.
